===== Setting up AUTH ===== Before starting AUTH configuration your should read the [[documentation:rsbac_handbook:security_models:auth|AUTH description]]. AUTH settings can be controlled by all other modules, because they depend on correct user ids. There are two administration tools for AUTH: auth_set_cap to list and add AUTH capabilities and auth_back_cap to create backups of them. Additionally, there are attributes for filesystem objects, users and processes. A learning mode must be enabled in kernel config and can then be started per kernel boot parameter rsbac_auth_learn or per individual program attribute. \\ ---- **Table of Contents:** [[documentation:rsbac_handbook|RSBAC Handbook]]\\ **Previous:** [[documentation:rsbac_handbook:configuration_basics:setting_up_modules|Setting up Modules]]\\ **Next:** [[.:rc|RC]]\\ **Alternative:** [[documentation:rsbac_handbook:configuration_basics:setting_up_modules|Setting up Modules]]
