[rsbac] rsbac v1.2.0-pre7 / release candidate #2 uploaded

Hi there!

rsbac v1.2.0-pre7 has been uploaded to http://rsbac.org/pre. This is the 
second release candidate, I hope we won't need another one.

Changes against pre6:

- Kernel config cleanup
- Modified rsbac_init with initial ramdisk
- Some other bugfixes
- New rsbac_dialog/cdialog included in tools, the problems with framebuffer 
console might be fixed now

pre6 has been running fine here on our server for a week now (after two good 
weeks of pre5), so I expect it to run stable enough for good testing by 
everyone...
