[rsbac] FTP mirror of /kernels dir needed

The rsbac.remoteserver.org::rsbac currently is mirrored at
ftp.ebizlab.hit.bme.hu/pub/rsbac too.
Maybe I will reorganize it and mirror the patch downloads too,
