[rsbac] patch-2.6.2-rsbac-v1.2.3-pre3 uploaded to /pre

Hi!

v1.2.3-pre3 has been ported to kernel 2.6.2. The patch and the pre-patched 
kernel source archive have been uploaded to http://rsbac.org/pre and
/kernels.

Please note that this patch also adds some code to include/rsbac/fs.h, so you 
must unpack the rsbac-v1.2.3-pre3.tar.{gz|bz2} before patching, as stated in 
the installation instructions. If fs.h does not get patched, your kernel will 
crash when loading RSBAC lists from disk.

Since I have been asked when 1.2.3 final is to be expected: Please test RSBAC 
on 2.6 kernels, if you can, and report. I simply cannot release this version 
without enough experience, even if I ignore the open items on my to-do list.
