Please see:
http://rsbac.org/documentation/rsbac_handbook/maintenance/upgrade_and_migration

for upgrade instructions (necessary!)

Note that 1.3.0 is the current development branch, that more features
will be added and that it might not be as stable as 1.2.x series until
the 1.3.0 release.

Changes since 1.2.5:
          o
System call rsbac_version to return numeric version without
checking the caller?s version provided to syscall.
          o
Optionally check CHANGE_OWNER for PROCESS targets also as
CHANGE_OWNER on the new USER. This allows fine grained control also in
RC and ACL models.
          o
RC role def_netobj_create_type, which overrides the template
type. Default value use_template.
          o
Change named UNIX sockets to be new filesystem target type
T_UNIXSOCK and unnamed to be new IPC type anonunix (like pipes)
          o
Change network templates to hold up to 20 ip networks and up
to 10 port ranges.
          o
            Dazuko udev support
          o
UM password history with configurable length to avoid
password reuse.
          o
Update HTML doc in Documentation/rsbac, or point all docs to
the website.
          o
Add RC role attribute indicating that one has to
authenticate with her UM password before actively changing to that role
and mechanism for doing it.
          o
Add kexec call control with new kexec SCD type.

Happy testing !
