With the latest code in svn I was no longer able to reproduce the
problem. Please replace rsbac/adf/rc/rc_main.c in 1.2.x with
http://svn.rsbac.org/?do=view&project=rsbac-2.6&path=/branches/rsbac-1.2/rsbac/adf/rc/rc_main.c&rev=HEAD&raw=1
to test it.
The 1.3.0 code is similar and should be working correctly.
