RSBAC v1.2.5-rc2 has been released for kernels 2.4.31 and 2.6.13. It contains many additional bugfixes since 1.2.5-rc1, some improvements for easier use and a completely rewritten build system for the tools. Please read the Upgrading document before upgrading from 1.2.4.

If everything works fine, this version will be released as 1.2.5 within the next two weeks.
